SideDoor will update you about the status of your order by email, including when pieces ship. Most furniture is shipped via a local freight carrier, and they will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date when your order is ready.

All our furniture is delivered ‘To Your Door / Threshold,’ which means it’s sent straight to your address. You can tell the delivery personnel whether you’d like your item(s) to be carried into your home immediately or left on your doorstep.

Note that threshold delivery does not include placing products in specific rooms, assembly, or the removal of packaging. However, you can select 'White Glove' delivery at checkout for an additional charge, which includes packaging removal, light assembly, and placement. We recommend White Glove service for any large furniture items.

Yes! If you email us at info@shesgotaneye.com, we would be happy to look into the size or finish you need. We can also place orders for out-of-stock items, so if you see something you love that isn’t in store currently, send us an email at info@shesgotaneye.com and we can give you a lead time.

Our prices are never above the applicable internet minimum advertised price set by the manufacturer, so you’re unlikely to find a better price from another online retailer.
